Should I order from your website or from your Etsy page?
Any order will be greatly appreciated, but if you really want to help me I suggest ordering from my website. If you are not inside the UK I suggest ordering from my Etsy page though. Etsy already charges VAT upon ordering so you won't have to pay that upon delivery.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I do ship worldwide, except to Germany. This is because of the new packaging laws in Germany. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
My website does not collect import VAT, so you might be in need to pay this when you receive your items. If you want to pay it right now, feel free to order from my etsy store.
Your order might be subject to custom Fees.
How long will delivery take?
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Longer for out-of-stock items.
If you order a lot of quantity of one item it might take a little longer, but this will be communicated. After dispatch, it will take 2-3 working days for your item to arrive in the UK, 3-5 working days (Europe) and 5-7 working days (Worldwide)
Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary. Delays are possible.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can! Just select the option when checking out. I will then contact you so we can discuss a date when you are able to pick the item up. Pick-up is in Bonnyrigg, Scotland. I do not travel.
